Angry I am at the Airport in Raleigh Durham as I type

It's 7:18 pm and I am in Raleigh waiting to get my flight to Philadelphia. We arrived at 3:00 pm for a 4:10 flight that was posted to be delayed at 7:25. at 6:30 pm we were told it will be delayed until 8:30 now.

they lie to you when you check in, they lie when you call and they lie when you talk to Pilots about WHY WHY WHY this is happening. Oh the crowded skies, the poor flow at Philly Airport, the weather!

My wife and I had to sit in an Airport Restaurant and spend $30 on substandard food as we COULD NOT leave.

Funny but the US AIR planes are leaving here and going to Philly! Why not SW. Simply - $$$$ they want to bunch up the last 3 flights, cancel one and squeeze us into the last 2 flights of the night.

This was a VERY special night for our family and it was ruined by SW. I will now try NOT to fly them or any other airline if I can help it. I hope they all go in the toilet for the greed they create in their process.

It's all bout money and NEVER about service anymore!.

Southwest, you are just like the others.

Default Weather can't be helped.

It would be nice to predict the weather and air traffic patterns from other diverted cities so that we may be able to tell you when you are going to depart the airport. What you ask for is an impossible answer from a human being. If the agent at the airport lied to you by promising your departure at a specific time, either that person was stressed and was trying to make you happy to go away or that person indeed is a liar and is holding out on everyone by not being a fortune teller. Either one of those, I agree, is not a reason to lie to someone and I assure you not all agents are that way. But please don't blame the airline for weather delays. You have no idea what is going on behind the scene or up in the sky. Your safety is the biggest concern.
