They waisted my time on the phone(instead of talking it out they passed the buck).No customer service whatsoever.It was like I was talking to people who just wanted to go home,they hat they,re jobs.I would to if I had to be a jerk to my fellow man.The beauty is I do not have to work for or fly they,re airline ever again.I will pay extra anytime to avoid Southwest great service.By the way I am at Mccarran still.Get it yet?
