Default AAAAggh TAM

No one will believe this story because it sounds insane, but with TAM everything is possible. We were ready to take off when the on-board computer broke, so we were all asked to leave the plane. So back at the TAM booth the employee was nice enough to re-route our flight.
Except for being 9 hours delayed, this was where our suffering started. So, suddenly I have 3 bags booked-in tickets and my girlfriend zero, previously she had one and I had zero. This is easy nubers and any idiot can do the math, except for TAM. Between the Manager and the 2 employees their only solution was to rip up two tickets.
Apparently they did not understand that none of those tickets was mine and that 4 bags are lost now. Awesome, TAM was nice enough to deliver our bag a few days after we arrived at our destination.
Soon after, I learned opposing opinions or complaints are seen as blasphemy in Brazil and are punishable by death . It is not only horrible service but also bad business and sending an e-mail to President of TAM will be a complete waste of time. If you enjoy suffering fly TAM for business and pleasure .... oh sorry I meant to say pain and suffering.

Perhaps you will share with us the source from where you learned this. I am not doubting you because I heard that in Brazil airlines are considered to be gods and if you complain against an airline you can be executed without a trial for your blasphemy. In fact every day a few people are put to death for airline complaints, then their bodies thrown into the Amazon for the piranhas. And if you are American, you are stripped naked in the public square, beaten until you are unconscious with the cat o'nine tails, then you are revived only to be thrown alive to the piranhas. Thanks for the warning.

BTW why don't we get together and write a novel about it.
