Brenda,

I travel 200 days a year and there is no culture left...I have no hope this will change- since the law protects the airlines. you always have to come up with your part of the deal - the airline only in best case. Based on laws made mainly by politicians and airline lobbyists. The way I do it is get their names and try to get them fired- mostly to set a signal. It sound harsh but your example shows well enough that its desperate. Get names. Also of witnesses. GET THEM FIRED- and they will be fired if they get two complaints like yours...
