Strategic airlines or as we call them tragic airlines. An airline that is rarley on time. As a company we use tragic to commute to work following is a list of complaints rarley ontime, last minute fly changes to time table, seating for kids, you cannot sit with your legs sitting forward without rubbing up against the seat in front of you,a booking system which seems to get updated all the time (beacause it doesnt work) You go to the booking desk only to find out they havent booked you on even with a refrence no today we are running 4 hours behind schedule. I have to use them but i often wonder if we are going to stay in the air or become australias biggest air crash
