US Airways destroyed my CPAP breathing machine. They took my device out of a self contained bag inside my suitcase and spread it all over my suitcase. They denied it saying "breathing machines and related item are not covered under their "contract of carriage." They first denied it saying it was an "electronic device." I guess if I had died due to them destroying my CPAP machine their "contract of carriage" would have sent my widow a bag of peanuts. I have many friends in Phoenix and will attempt to influence them to switch to Southwest Airlines for all their travel needs.

Sounds more like something TSA did, when they saw your machine on their scanner equipment.
