I'm really frustrated with continental airline. I purchased my round trip from Cleveland, Oh to Brownsville, Tx just to see my wife and daughters. The first flight was delayed for 2 hrs and in addition to that one more hour in the plane. As a consequence I lost my connecting flight.
Today Jan 1st, is my flight back and I have the same situation, flight number co4131 delayed since 10am, at this time is almost 4:00pm and still delayed. I'm frustrated because it was the only flight delayed without justification. Me and 15 other passengers are totally dissatisfied with continental. The worst part of this is nobody takes responsibility on this issues. They have no consideration and do whatever they please with us. I really hate this...

We had a horrible time due to a loss of a pilot. Sympathy for the family but the airline seemed totally unable to handle a flight delay. Stuck all night in Honolulu. See post with today's date.

I will try to never use this airline unless it is the only choice.
