Angry How to Speak with Customer Service?

Same problem as the last guy....when you arrive, the new policy is to automatically charge you for your checked bag. Then, they weigh it and if it is overweight, they will charge the overweight fee.

SO, I had a heavy bag and understood I would be charged extra, but to be charged the inital $25 for checking the bag and an additional $100 for the weight of the bag is not right!

I have filled out the ridiculous form online three times, each time an automated response will say they are working on the issue (yeah right) and I have mailed a certified copy letter with all documentation and even a Credit card statement of proof of the over charge. No reply to the letter, I have called which they instruct you to seek out the form online or mail...I can never speak to a real live person!

Why is it that when they want your business/money they answer immediately and when they are responsible for your refund, they want you to jump through hoops to get it?

I don't know who this Sean Bentel, of Customer Relations is, but he is doing a poor job! It is only $25 to them, but it is the principle to me...and when it is about principle, I will take it overboard. If they do not respond within 24 hours, I will be forced to flood their system with requests and letters...I got all year for this! Look out Mr. Bentel...I'm coming for my $25!

Angry go for it, wishing you success.

Only when we fight back will we get results.
The air lines thinks they can do whatever to us and get away with it.
Just because Congress has given in to them, they think they can treat us like garbage and get away with it.
I have been thinking of using small claims court to get to them.
At least I should get some action.
