Lost IPOD
We were traveling from San Juan to Denver with a connecting flight in Atlanta. The connecting time had changed from 70 minutes to 38 minutes which I was unaware of until we got our tickets at checkin. My husband inadvertently left IPOD in seatback. He went back to gate and they told him couldn't do anything for him. The flight superintendent did get someone to go and look for the IPOD. They did find it and sent an uplink stating they found it, and he just needed to fill out tracer paperwork. We have called and e-mailed everyday since we got home-no answer. I finally wrote a complaint to Delta, and I was told "I hope they find it". Hello, I was told you had it, now you don't. After that I sent an e-mail with a copy of the note stating they had found it, and the reply back was-sorry, it's been more than a week, we don't have it anymore. Very frustrating. It would be one thing if they said, sorry didn't find it. But, quite another, when they say they found it-fill out paperwork and we'll fed-ex it back to you and then you can't get it back and no one will talk to you.
