i tried to check in on-line and found out they had the wrong seats assigned for our flight. i had to call in because we paid for ecomomy plus but were assigned economy. i have now been on hold for 2 hours 21 minutes and counting.
i have never had to wait this long for any customer service department to answer a call. this is completely outlandish and is a mockery of the term customer service. The airlines wonder why they are having problems!!!! ![]()

Yes I had experienced same ridiculous long waiting : 1 hours and 30 min during 11pm to 1:30am?
I had experienced this for more than 5days. hates United airlines! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Wish They bankrrupt soon!! |
