I have flown with Malaysian airilnes recently on a few occasions and have sent my ticket scan to Etihad on several occasions but have not received any response in two months. Additionally I have visited the Jakarta office and they took my details and said they would call me or email me but failed to do so. While I was in the office another customer lamented at the lack response from etihad email service. This gives me the impression that the problem is a wide scale issue. Interestingly Etihad do not fail to deduct points in a timely manner even though I have flown on partner airlines within the allotted period. I have flown on etihad on many occasions and was quite looking forward to becoming a silver member and flying again soon however if this is not resolved I will definately choose another airline the next time I fly
my etihad guest number is: 100088065545 |

I am still waiting for "Customer Service" from Etihad to deal with 26,000 miles which just vanished from my account.
In order to resolve the issue and never have to deal with the airline again (it is the most cynical and manipulative airline I have ever come across)I ordered some gift items. none of them showed up yet the miles were debited from my account. After months of tedious reporting of the situation i have just received this: You had made a purchase on 21st December for a Burberry and the same was returned on 19th February. These miles expired on 20th February. Similarly there was a purchase made on 21st December for Raleigh Bike computer and the same was returned as on 11th March and the miles expired on 12th March. Please note the dates on these transaction are incorrect, hence the miles are showing refunded on 20th Feb and expired on 19th Feb. If we have misunderstood your correspondence may we request you to clarify how you would like us to assist you with this regard.[/B] |
