View Poll Results: If Spirit's dumb carryon fee isnt disclosed by a ticket website, whose fault is it?
Spirit is responsible for all disclosures - Spirit should refund $40 2 33.33%

The traveler is responsible for researching all fees each time they fly in case new fees are added 2 33.33%

Default Correction

If cheapoair doesnt refund $40 to me after having filed this complaint with them THEN I will file consumer complaints with those 4 states.
