Me and my kids and sister in law flew to vagas on april 4 2012. during check in of my bag I had to pay 38 dollars then they weigh you bag and if over 40 pounds you have to pay another 20 dollars over top of the 38 dollars the tsa agents were the rudest people I have every seen they could bailey speak english. they were so busy being rude that they let a carry on bag slip through that had bottles of lotion mouth wash. The flight attendant was nasty had a bad attitude did not want to answer any questions very short. she came around took drink orders and snack orders. which was way over priced 10 minutes after we were served she came back and collected everything my kids were not done i explained to her they were not done she rudley said i need it.I had to take a breather. I will never ever fly this airline again and i recommend anyone else not to book with spirit
