They rip us off if the airline loses a bag. $400.00 cap! The cost of the bag and a pair of shoes is more than that! What planet is IATA on?

Charge for a bag checked!
Charge for fuel surcharge
Charge for the ticket
Charge for a meal thrown on your tray
Then spit in your face with a $400 offer for your lost or stolen bag!

Makes one want to be a hater!
