I am very specific about my seat, therefore I pay for first class and get my seat assigned many weeks ahead to be sure I get the seat I prefer. Delta has several times switched my seat and can offer no reason. I have my reasons for the seat I want, but they do not have a reason for changing it. Same equipment but not the same seat.
The gate agent has always tried to help by asking frequent travelers if they would trade seats, but the agent apparently has no control over seating once the boarding pass has been printed. Delta customer service is a brick wall. |
