Hi,

I saw some complaints about 'eDreams' and want to enter my complaint as well.
I booked 2 days Stuttgart-London including hotel-accomodation.
I was booked in the 'PICCADILLY.Hotel' which in fact was no hotel at all but a Backpacker-Hostel....
I was confirmed to have a 1-bed-room but they wanted to put me in a 12-bed-room... (not kidding)
The whole story at this hotel was a nightmare and to get a stay overnight soly for me I had to pay additional money - and so I did 'cause I had no chance to get another hotel in a short period of time.
The toilets and bathroom were located 2 levels below my floor and were totally spoiled with s..t !!
So when I came back to Germany I complained at 'eDreams' and up to now they try to delay my case telling me that I booked a shared room (which is NOT true !). They are not willing to give me any refund - just offered me a voucher of 20€ for my next booking :-) I told them that I will NEVER deal with them once more in my life ! So pls. beware of this organisation unless you have a good lawyer at your side.
