I have never had a problem with AA before. I can not imagine the passengers anguish in being held for so long on Flight 1348. I could not believe AA did not offer them complimentary plane tickets or apologize. The corporation I work for insists we "ACT." Apoligize , Correct, and Take Action. We do not have to be right or wrong. Just apoligize.
I will not be using American Airlines again in my travels. I will be watching for any public announcement and will hope to hear that AA did apologize for the inconvenience of the passengers. By the way I commend AA's pilot and crew. Thank you Belinda Trollinger |

I was on this horrible flight from Hell!! Flight #1348. SFO to DFW. Please join the group and tell your story if you were on this flight or any other flight on December 29th that was diverted to Austin and AA left you stranded for hours and hours.... and hours... with promises and more promises.... www.strandedpassengers.com :twisted: :twisted: :!: :!:
