The "aircraft carriers access act" states only that passengers with disabilities cannot be discriminated against, or refused transportation on the basis of their disability unless it causes a safety issue on the aircraft. For example, they cannot force you to sit in a window seat if you prefer an aisle, and IF an aisle seat is available. Airlines are not required to upgrade passengers to a larger, more expensive, seat nor are they required to move someone already seated there in order to accommodate a disabled passenger. If you knew you needed the economy comfort seat due to your disability, you should have PAID for it, like everyone else. Sorry.
