Had printed boarding pass, and handed to agent on duty. Then proceeded to put luggage onto scale. Thought heard him say, "What, did you forget your name?" Asked if I had heard correctly, and he indicated that I had, that I hadn't responded to him when he asked my name!!
Honestly had not heard him, and name was clearly on boarding pass. Based on this insult and attitude asked to speak to supervisor -- he said he was the lead staff person! I noted that it's an attitude such as his that that causes people not to want to fly USAiways, and Christopher proceeded to say, "And that's why you're Gold?" Yes, I am a high mileage flyer with USAirways, and have been for many years, and that, I would think should generate consideration and respect, not insults and attitude! It's one thing to experience high costs, regularly cancelled or delayed flights, but to pay to for a service and then to be insulted is absolutley too much! |
