On the 3rd of September my girlfriend and I took a flight (No 2457 15:45) with wizzair company.
As we reached the Check In counter the ground attendant (Kiss Georgina) asked us to pay an extra 45 EU for our little luggage. We didn't understand why as we didn't pay any additional fee on the flight from TLV to Budapest. We asked to speak to a manager in order to clear the situation, however the representative told us there are no managers in the airport and that TLV's Wizzair workers were "too lazy to charge" us as they should have. At this point, we decided to pay and write an email to the company later. However, she refused to charge us and told us to pay at the Boarding Gate... The BIG STUNNING event happened at the boarding counter. We were about to pay for the luggage and as we ask the girl for her name (to mention in this email) she refused to give us any service. I told her that I have to take a picture of the counter so I will have a proof of what's happening. Then she PUSHED me with her yellow coat, ripped off our Boarding tickets and said: "you are not traveling!" Luckily we called the police officers at the airport who help us a lot. They spoke to the girl (who's name was given after a long while - Eva Gyurjan) at the counter and she accepted to charge and board us to the flight. We are deeply upset with the violence of WizzAIR employee and their policy (e.g. - no manager in charge). We had a great time flying from TLV and enjoyed Budapest very much. We feel terrible after experiencing the service by the ground attendant. Not to mentioned we payed extra 45 EU as well for a small luggage (that was measured at home and fitted the demands). We already payed online 70 EU for a big luggage. We looked forward for a response from WizzAIRregarding the above, especially to the stunning behavior and bad attitude of your worker, who represent your company - Wizzair. Unfortunately, they answered after 3 weeks that there's nothing we can do. Unbelievable! Eyal Cohen and Sivan Amar. |
