Malaysia airlines, **** service. ****ing boycotting them. Forever.
KL-KB-KL 8/10/2013
I flew back to Kota Bharu to help my grandmother, bear in mind she is 90 years of age to fly to Kuala Lumpur . For some odd reason, my mothers ticket whom I was flying with, was cancelled automatically by the airlines. We bought our tickets online, and we found out just as we were trying to check in at KLIA that her TICKET was CANCELLED DESPITE having PAID for it. There was no explanation for this happing, but with us crunching for time we were forced to buy new tickets for her and I, and resolved that issue later. We missed our initially planned flight due to POOR SERVICE AT THE COUNTER. Not only was our flight already in the evening, but with the ignorance of the employees it dragged our flight into a later time. The purchasing counter for MAS at KLIA is absolutely heinous, the employee were distressed and made my mother and I very uneasy; she made us go back and forth getting stupid numbers from another waiting ticket booth (which was strategically placed in a ****ing inconvenient area where to inquire it, we had to interrupt another employee attending to a customer to get the piece of paper with numbers, with that she rolled her eyes and was being tremendously disrespectful, practically tossing the number at my mother and I), despite the flow of people buying tickets were little, hence with that her stupid request, we missed the flight we needed to be on. She was not friendly, spoke in a very disrespecting tone, inattentive because in-between the service she was having conversations with another fellow colleague. There was no thank you, no smile and everything was just slow. My mother and I thought that, it would be the end of it but believe it or not the next MAS employee we interacted with was even worst. This occurred on the flight from KB to KL, this flight was the following, super early in the morning. The moment we stepped in to the aircraft, it was completely noticeable how they were treating my grandmother, my mother and I differently in comparatively to the other passengers. Even though we sat in first class, we didn't feel the need to dress up like the other passengers, we like to dress comfortably whilst traveling. So, as I was helping my mother take a seat, a flight attendant had the audacity to come and tell me to hurry up with my grandmother. I said excuse me and she rolled her eyes so hard, I bet she could see her brains. With warm greetings, and smiles welcoming the other passengers, my mother, grandmother and I were completely dismissed, the stewardess didn't even bother to hold my slow walking (because of her recent hip surgery) grandmothers hand as she cautiously, unsteadily tried to board the doors of the aircraft. None of them tried to help us. I chose to ignore the treatment and think the end of it. But one particular stewardess came prancing over with gum chewing, giggling at a fellow gentlemen sitting behind us and attempted to ask us if we would like to have something to eat after take off. At first she told me that there was a choice between, sandwiches or pie. I politely asked for sandwiches, and she insulted me by rudely correcting me in the utmost arrogant tone how they only had pie in malay (native language). She said it so loud, everyone turned heads to look. After that she asked for our drinks, but my grandmother being a little indecisive, my mother sitting in the seat on another row, tries to help with suggestions and the flight attendant turns around and yells at my mother to be patient in Malay. THe stewardess could NOT understand ENGLISH and deliberately took my mom as being a pushy passenger who was trying to interrupt. With the commotion going on, the stewardess couldn't be patient for 2 minutes and literally just walked off to attend to another passenger. Completely unprofessional and unforgivable. She later came to bring our food, 15 minutes before landing and whilst we were trying to eat she insisted on taking our plates. I was outraged and tried to keep my cool in front of my adorable grandmother who's such a kind hearted and understanding lady. Throughout the flight all the flight attendants were giggling non-stop behind the curtain and somehow I could hear them talking about our clothes how we shouldn't be in first class. It was condescending and unethical. A customer is still a customer, just because I didn't want to wear all my branded, decked out in my diamonds to pick up my grandmother from her village DOES NOT mean I shouldn't be treated equally. It seemed a little unpractical to be wearing branded goods in temperamental weather, along with rushing from flight to flight, also with trying to make my grandmother feel comfortable, so my mother and I optioned for more comfortable attire, jeans and t-shirts. The employees are the most UNPROFESSIONAL, CONSTANT EYE ROLLING LIKE THEY HAD ****ING EYE PROBLEMS, TREMENDOUSLY UNHELPFUL, RUDE, ILLITERATE PIECES OF **** I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. PLEASE GET YOUR **** UNDER CONTROL MAS ITS EMBARRASSING.
1) UNRELIABLE INTERNET PURCHASING
2) Uneducated employees
3) Employees are RUDE, UNABLE TO COMPREHEND ENGLISH
If any Malaysia Airlines representative reads this, I want a compensation.
I am NEVER taking your airline again and in turn, telling everyone I care about how COMPLETE **** your service is. And posting my thoughts on every social site, forum and commentary about MAS. Why? Nobody should have to go through such a bad experience with traveling. Despite my years of frequent traveling, this is the first and I don't want anyone else to go through what i went through.
