They are sorry. They are very sorry. BUT... There's nothing they can do. In Dec. I was told to make the ticket 'sleeping'' and I could wake it up anytime before sept 2014. Now, it appears,waking up the ticket attracts penalty. Also cancelling has a penalty. BUT there is no penalty for putting ''guests'' tru hell when they try to fly. The website however states : http://wp.me/P47XiJ-1r 1 conclusion : never try Etihad ! You'll be dissapointed |
