We had to change an Malaysian Air flight oneway when Mum passed away and got charged almost the same as original flights on return home we complained, got told if they had been aware of the reason for change they would have waived change charges of $1000 each, plus $800 each handling but as we had already paid it couldnt be refunded, how mean and no compassion I wrote to head office and the didnt even reply although it was sent registered mail, definitly we where ripped and will never use again or reccomend.
