Default Mrs Dandy

Having problems getting replies from Etihad guest service re compensation miles we were awarded for waht we considered very poor treatement when my husband was ill at the airport. Please see Etihad Guest Affairs [RQID:194373]

Also no reply to my email to the retro claims dept. saying we are also having problems claiming missing miles . I had tried submitting claim for the missing miles on the website.

Help would be appreciated

Now received some of the miles but not all of them.

Happy to say finally received all my missing miles , though took me many emails and four months.
