Etihad Febuary airmiles promotion
I made 2 bookings with Etihad during their February airmiles promotion. I filled out the passenger information form with all details - including my Etihad Guest number. I have been emailing them since April to get the missing airmiles - 50,000. They are refusing to credit my account - stating that I did not put my Etihad Guest number at the time of the 2 separate bookings - THIS IS UNTRUE. I did put the number. When you make the booking online and receive confirmation there is no record of the number so I do not have any proof.
There has got to be a problem with their system - I definitely imputed the number - how could it be missed?
I feel that they are making excuses to avoid giving me the airmiles.
Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can get them to check their system and give me the airmiles.
I have seen a few post on various websites where a couple travelling together only one passenger received their airmiles. There has got to be something wrong with their set up.
Please help!!
