I Travelled with BA e ticket BK Ref 4SQX6Q on 24/4/14 two days before my return on 2 and 3 July I was told by BA Office in Mauritius the ticket is cancelled a lady in Germany has cancelled her credit card payment (but the case is I paid in Cash £ 700.I travelled outbound without any problem) on the advice of BA I email the agent in London was given a new BK ref 8M22M5 again was told booking is cancelled I am unable to travel. Since then I have seek help from British High Commission, and BA Port Louis Office and was told only BA Customer Relations can deal with the case,the sub agent email address is
