No Power to Business Class seats
Air France July 27, Paris To San Francisco. When we found our seats, which were not together as we had booked, a nice lady agreed to switch with one of us. Then the Attendant told us that there was no power to our seats. He said, "Don't worry, we will adjust them when ever you need to move." Of course, no one was available when we used the call light. When we told them we were very uncomfortable and wished to move, we were told they were Sold Out. 2/3 through the 10 hour flight we were really disgusted and they suddenly found First Class seats available - there were 5 empty seats. Of course they couldn't treat us like First Class passengers and our meal was delayed and not properly served - no salad, no wine offered, and no bread.
Our complaint has been met with an offer for $50 credit each for future flights. That is insulting. We believe they should have offered a free upgrade on a future flight. By the way the flight was 90 minutes late leaving Paris, causing us to miss our connection to our home city.
