As I have booked flight with Etihad and I have suffered by staying at airport full night and given flight for the next day which delay my all plan. As i travel for some specific purpose and deals and i was having all my important papers and things in baggage as i was not having any hand carry. my baggage was not transfered to my flight and i didnt get in delhi so i waited 8 days for the baggage but didnt got and came back with out any work.
I travelled by Etihad to do some financial deal but i got loss of 5 lacs INR as i could not able to do this due to missing baggage. As my trip was for urgent purpose and could not get any benfit but only suffering and waiting for the baggage so i request to reimburse the ticket money or give me alternate free ticket for india as i have to travel back to india to complete the same work. Dear All,
Dear All, This is to bring into your knowledge that I want to approach Etihaad management to request for Denied Boarding Compensation which was not given during my flight as i travlled on 10 october 2014 and came back on 17 oct 14. I went for specific purpose to finish some urgent work and i was refused to board on flight on 10th oct at 00: 20 am and given another flight next morning at 10:40 am through jet airways which was not communicated clearly to me. I stayed whole night at the airport and also my baggage was not trasfer in next flight due to which i could not do any work but only waiting so whole purpose of my trip was waste of time so i want to request for denied boarding compensation which should be given due to this situation and troubles. Please find my original ticket for details. Secondly i want to inform you that i didn't receive my baggage as on today and i am following with jet airways for that with out success. Hope to receive reply ASAP with agreed denied boarding compensation. Ticket no: 6075450303487 I have already posted a private message on facebook to etihad but no reply till date.i am so sad with the service. Thanks Usman |
