Vueling Airlines could care less!!
Lost our Luggage...Ignored our lost luggage claim... Didn't answer calls... Long wait on hold then cut off... Waited in line for customer service then ignored... Didn't respond to multiple emails...No response of any kind for over four months... If this is the way you wanted to be treated by an airline... Then Fly Vueling from Madrid to Naples or any other place! On March 27, 2015 on flight VY 1002 connecting with VY 6500 our bag was lost. We filed a report and waited and waited and called and emailed and went to their service desk and back and back and called and emailed and nothing and nothing .....but they do a GREAT JOB of totally ignoring the customer...
