Default how to get them to speak

I had a flight delay back in June, we were asked to send in receipts which I have done along with a complaint about the service received on an inbound flight. Since then I've not had any contact from BA. I've sent another email via the form. I've tried to contact them but was told there was a 30 min wait to speak to Customer Service. My father has received his money back and compensation. What can I do? I can't get any further in speaking to anyone from BA.
