Thumbs down Slow to little no response time for mileage credit, including codeshare EY 6299

It has already been two months since Etihad changed my itinerary, which involved canceling a business class upgrade, and still has not refunded my miles. I also am not getting appropriate credit for certain segments, even after several phone calls to their customer service center, in which I was told each time by representatives that they would send e-mails; several e-mails to their Retro Credit e-mail address; and now even a few follow-up e-mails to their Etihad Guest Gold AND Social Media e-mail addresses. The response time is abysmally slow and because of their lack of action, I am unable to book a new award ticket with those owed miles. 31000 miles is no small change!

You ask me to contact you on social media channels, but you did not provide me with the appropriate details. This shows that you are expecting the customer to do all the work and figure it out. I have already used your Social Media e-mail address to send you the relevant details but now you are not responding to my requests. Please see my DM for the RQID.
