My Wife and daughter (Infant 9 months) were travelling from Abuddhabi to Kozhikode to attend a post graduate exam on 21st December 2015 on EY254, We had requested for a seat near the bassinet and it was alloted but after boarding she was given a seat between two male passengers where it was impossible to breast feed the baby and when requested to interchange nearby any ladies the air hostess replied that all seats are occupied and there's no chance for interchange even without looking at any options and also advised that to feed the baby she can go to any corner in the back of the flight and feed whcih was very annoying.
On reaching the destination it was very suprising to find my luggage missing which had her hall ticket and notes for the exam, missing baggage no. EY128906. We complained at the airport and also sent complaint mails to
dutymanagerccj@etihad.ae and
feedback@etihad.ae but nobody has responded till now.
This is to kindly bring to the notice of the higher management of Etihad airways and also general public about the services of Etihad Airlines. Due to the attitude and irresponsibility of certain staff the name of the national airline of UAE is getting spoiled.
