It was frustrating...
To who it may concern,
I get to the airport quite early, the attendant Delta tells me I have to do the check in on my own and walks away. I ask her to help while she is giving me her back she says: "that`s just a computer". I try to do it on my own what takes me a while, since I have never done it before, after I check my bag I go to the line so that I can check it in, I ask for information about the connection, the person responsible for that just tells me to wait, and there I remain while he talks to the other attendant. I arrive in New York`s airport and once again the nightmare starts, my flight is supposed to be there in time, but it is delayed, I try to ask some questions and what I listen is: "just wait like everyone else". I realize I won`t make it it time for my meeting - it means all my plans for the day is gone. Never have I flown Delta before, and today, the first time I try it, I go through that. I do hope an answer. We are sorry won`t change anything. The company must take responsibility.
