I need help please! I flew Ethiopian on 16/11/15 from ABV->ADD->CDG and returned LHR->ADD->ABV 21/11/15 mainly to maintain my Gold Tier with Aegean.
My travel agent used an abridged version of my name Tunji instead of Olatunji which was on my passport.

I have pleaded with Aegean to kindly reconsider and I supplied the 4 boarding passes for each segment, and the A3*G appeared on each BP.
I also sent them a copy of my passport to verify that I was the PAX and no one else.

Instead, each segment was rejected and blocked so I can't even post the segments to Lufthansa MaM or United MileagePlus.

I only needed 319 miles to retain Gold Tier and requested for 3 of the segments to be released and 1 tier ADD->ABV on 22/11/15 to be posted. I was told to wait 35 days, yet over 40 have passed with no feedback. They have simply gone silent!
Aegean says they are waiting for feedback from ShebaMiles, yet both have gone silent for weeks.

I was travelling with my family last week and was offered complementary upgrades to Business Class IF my tier remained Gold, else I would have to settle for Premium Economy. No amount of pleas brought any succour from Aegean. So I lost the Business Class upgrades!

Summary:
1. Segment ADD->ABV of 22/11/15 should please be posted to Aegean Miles & Bonus which is sufficient for my Gold Tier retention
2. Due to the delays, the Gold Tier should start from January 1st 2016, and not backdated to November 2015 since my appeals went unanswered
3. The remaining 3 segments should please be released for me to post to either MileagePlus or Miles & More. These are:

(a) ABV->ADD
(b) ADD->CDG
(c) LHR->ADD
