Poor service, honeymoon fail
My wife and I went on our honeymoon earlier this month. We booked the entire trip through AA including some local excursions. Nobody ever showed up to pick us up for the tours so we were stuck on the resort the entire time with no special trips to go on. We completely missed out on our honeymoon experience because of this. When we returned home, I contacted AA via their website to let them know about our experience. Customer service responded two days later stating that they would forward my message to the vacations department. I waited over a week and have not heard anything yet. I sent another email and still nothing. I then called and was told that a response would take 4-6 weeks to even acknowledge my message. Meanwhile AA updates several Facebook and Twitter posts. I only wish they were more focused on customer service than they were on social media...then maybe I wouldn't be making this post.
