Video taken on 24 June 2016 of American Airlines workers using a broom handle attempting to pry open a baggage door. Does American Airlines not provide adequate tools for their employees to use and perform aircraft maintenance safely?

OK Mr. Fearmonger ( AKA Bertone )
They are not "PRYING" the door they are trying to push luggage and cargo away from the door so it will open. If I had to guess (and I have to because you didn't include a flight # for this aircraft) they had turbulence and the contents of the hold shifted. And you wondered how they could damage that inside there and only leave a little scuff mark. |
