[Aditi]

My name is Aditi(Student from Germany). Entered my first name as my last name while booking the ticket.Contacted Etihaad customer care- they said the partner airlines might not respect the change, even if Etihaad allows the change. Contacted Air Berlin(partner airline), they said it will be fine with them if Etihaad makes the change. Contacted Etihaad again - they said not possible(Even said- How can you commit such a big mistake?).I said I want to rectify it but am being dragged in a direction to cancel and rebook my tickets, thus forcing financial liability on me.
I want to fly with Etihaad and am ready to supply additional documents(passport,etc) and pay reasonable administrative costs to support my case but atleast a convincing answer is needed.Kindly help!
