I am a frequent traveller with Etihad & have always had very pleasant experiences. Off late however I have been having some really terrible encounters flying the airline. Being a gold card and business class passenger. The customer service centre has become pathetic with rude and inconsiderate staff particularly a woman by the name of S Sawant, Who refused to give me her full name however having her email id
ssawant@etihad.ae by chance worked out well to make a suitable complaint. Really pathetic and poor service. They need to learn from Emirates & Qatar Airways on what real service is about.
If you ever make an honest mistake on an online booking don’t expect any support or solution guess this airline is more interested in 100 USD charge than a satisfied customer. Sad to see this airline take a turn for the worse.
