Following NIL effort from Customer Services, in even the most basic manner, to resolve our complaint, we wrote to Alex Cruz as a last resort. 4 days later we received a standard e-mail saying it had been passed to Customer Services. We are not serial "moaners" and in fact, this is the first time we have ever had to resort to a forum such as this. We have been utterly appalled by British Airways. The manner in which they deal with customers is nothing short of disgusting.
