I want to share my story with this worst customer service ever. I hope it will help.
I was traveling in Peru in the end of 2016.
I bought a ticket from Cosco-pero to la paz in Bolivia. the price was 90 $ .after that i discovered that i have problem with the visa to Bolivia, so i can't use this ticket.
so i had to take a bus to border of Pero-Bolivia.
before i took the bus i asked in Peruvian airline offices and they told me few times that i will shore get my refound with 25 $ les (fee)
I continued travel in bolivia and after i send them request for refund i went back to my country.

Since than i wrote them so much letter i can't count anymore.
they hang up the phone on me in middle of conversation few times.
Not all of them know English, and the ones who know give really bad service. its look like no one take responsibilty and they dont care about nothing.
They keep telling me to write letters, over and over and over again. in phone "they can't do nothing"
the ask for the documents to give me the refund and after i send it to them they disappear.

so, even i deserve refund for flight (i didn't take),
and also they say they would give me the money back
they don't give the refund, no reason.

its really frustrating deal with them. they took my money for nothing.
They ignore me, they have really bad service and i don't
recommend people to fly with this company. save your money and fly with other reliable companies in Peru. just don't fly with Peruvian airlines!
if you will have problem with them and you live peru you probably need to forget about your money.
