The website through which we booked our flights to Amsterdam reset our child's first name to duplicate my wife's name - so we have two tickets both with my wife's name. But the birth dates and passport numbers are correct and different. Unfortunately neither the booking company (Vayama) nor British Airways are willing to help and our flight is in 2 (!) days. We just need the first name for our 2 year old son corrected and we have spent over 15 hours over the past week on hold or with disgruntled customer service agents. I hope we don't miss this holiday over such a simple name change.
