Dear Etihad,

i book ticket through travel agency otolat based on kuwait agency my booking pnr :VARPIQ.travel date 29th nov-2019. when i reach airport your airport staff told me due to some issue your ticket cancelled.and i can take my ticket full refund, my first question i paid almost 2800aed in return fare.ticket conform ,then how you cancel my ticket.and when i contact travel agency otolat they are not responding my call and email.that customer care staff thet are not well known person.i spend almost 200dirham only to calling travel agency otolay.this 200 dirham who will pay you will pay.almost 1week still i didnt get my refund.if i will not get my refund with in 2 days i will case against you and travel agency otolat.so please do necessary action as soon as possible
