To Whom It May Concern in American Airlines,
Yesterday we were on the flight 1116 CUN-PHL. I consider this experience as an epitome of penny pinching. For the average main cabin ticket price of $1400 ( the most expensive ticket I ever bought in my life for 3,5 hr of traveling time) the company saved on snacks for passengers. Yes, not even a “lil bag o’pretzels”. Flight attendants were not welcoming at all, forget a fake smile. For the positive, the pilots were great and the flight was smooth. But I think it’s a combo of pilots’ skills and at least bare minimum hospitality on board to make an OK flight. I am very sorry to live close to Philly where I have to use the American Airline for my traveling needs. I would rather to bring my money to some other airline carrier. Thank you, Marina Tilich |
