If you have had a bad experience you might try giving some specific information instead of posting a really immature statement. Maybe you should go back over to myspace.com

Default Return to the comforts of those regulated days

Delta/Northwest, and other US-based airlines, need to wake-up to two realities: (1) They will NEVER be Southwest Air, and, (2) Like any other business, they can NEVER be everything to everyone--AND THEY SHOULD STOP TRYING!!

The sooner we go "back to the future," the sooner we will see a return to civility, reliability, and comfort to domestic air travel. Trains and busses will always be better at handling those who need to travel on the cheap, and for those with special needs. The demands of security, and limited space on an airplane, do NOT make "friendly" environment for the elderly; the handicapped; families with small children; and "people of size." Return coach "seat pitch" to its pre-deregulation dimension; raise fares to a realistic level; pay airline employees a decent wage; and extend decent treatment to employees and customers alike!

Pattis, and other airline people: Since my comments are, most likely, an "affront" to the gospel of the Air Transport Association, I suppose I will, likewise, rate your "immature" dismissal!

I agree with Pattis. why dont you get hired with an airline as a customer service agent. have the company delay a flight because of weather. now...Bob HAS to be in chicago and he's screaming yelling and cursing at you. Its EXTREMLY hard not to fight back. I was working as a flight attendant and 1 passenger wouldn't listen to the lead flight attendant after telling him to sit down at LEAST 5 times, so she finally had to yell for him to sit down....he stormed off the plane saying she shouldn't have been so rude....ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

the bus..really...has a friendly enviroment? Agree that air travel needs to change in some areas. but when you can fly from chicago to orlando in 2 hours in a cramped plane with 3 kids, WHY..WHY would you want to take the bus with 3 kids from chicago to orlando on a 20+ hour ride.

i would love to see a decent wage, but due to fuel, we all know that is not going to happen. i love how the CEO can make millions and not deal with screaming people while i make less than $20,000 a year and get poked, grabbed, and yelled at with things that i have no control over

YOMAN, why don't you post what happened instead of some of the wall post?

Butch Cassidy, you might try some of the same. I've read several of your posts, and you seem to have gallons of venom to spew at the airlines, yet it's not apparent as to why.
