Default 15 Digit E-Cet Won't Work and UA Blames Me!

Hello Friends:

I tried to use a UA electronic certificate without success. After repeated calls a UA rep stated that the problem lies in having a 15 digit cert that won't work because the system now only processes 18 digits certs. Of course my cert. is good for the rest of the year, but no one at UA will fest up and admit to a systemic mistake.

They blame me for having a cetificate "that I probably already used."

So the customer is always wrong and UA.blob could never make a mistake.

Way to go United!
