STOP OVERBOOKING AT CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!
You have left our kids stuck in Edmonton, Alberta Canada when they should be here in New Mexico for our first family Christmas in six years!!!!!!!! We booked four months in advance and paid double price to insure that they arrived here as scheduled. We had to drive all the way to Albuquerque in a snow storm only to find that you had every intention of bumping them and let them pack and make the trip to the airport just to turn them away with a paltry $300 each for the inconvenience. Beside the money you owe us for our wasted trip to Albuquerque you owe us more for the lost time with our kids and grand daughter. How do you plan to make that right??? Never mind we already knows. We spent half an hour talking to a drone in your complaints dept. You have a real scam going here. Collect millions in revenue in advance of a flight, collect the interest on this and then screw your customer. Well. your day will come. You can only treat customers this way for only so long and the market will adjust to compensate for your ruthless behavior. I assume that your CEO and President will collect huge bonuses this year after ripping off the public and I also assume that they will completely enjoy their families this Christmas because they are certainly guaranteed to have their kids in the air. Your practice of bumping is B.S. all the time, but is inhuman at this time of year. My wife and I are frequent fliers and will NEVER fly with you or any of your subsidieries and I am going to spend the rest of the day posting this story on every site I can get on to.
