Please can anyone assist with contact tel. numbers for a complaint?
Hi. I have spent a very frustrating day getting nowhere (bit like my experience in the airport) Does anyone have a telephone number that will take me directly to someone who will listen to my complaint?
I have had no replies from e-mails and I fear a letter will have the same result. Any suggestions please. S
