I am re-naming united airlines...it should now be called united.stupid.com.
I have not been on a flight in the past three weeks that has left on time, most were cancelled. I am a global services member with united and the only benfit you get for being global services is you are the first to be apologized to. My advise, when you have the option to fly on a united star alliance partner do so, they are far more reliable than united. For a trip to London I am flying from San Francisco to Vancouver to catch an Air Canada flight because it will actually leave the airport and get to London on time. :

Perhaps you should read some of the recent and numerous complaints about Air Canada on this forum before making the assumption your trip with them will be without incident. You may have better luck connecting via Vancouver, however, as many complaints seem to arise from connections through Toronto. Good luck and please retun to post about your experience.
When I saw the title of your post I thought the complaint was website related. Fortunately the one thing UA and CO did right with respect to the merger was retain the CO website for the combined carrier. The old UA website earned the nickname "Dot Bomb" |
