I had many problems with Turkish Airlines, from stewards talking at the top of their voice throughout the night, to waiting one and a half hours for a boarding pass. My main issue is their absolutely useless management and customer services department. I have complained to the customer services once, followed up once and then faxed to management. Not once have a received a response in a period of a month. Don't ever fly with them - they give terrible service without an apology and once they have your money you are on your own. Never experience such horrendous service in my life.
