I flown five times to Bangkok and back to Johannesburg via Abu Dhabi the past year, my last flight was on 16 May 2013 flight no EY 406. I was handed a guest card application on my first flight witch I completed and gave it back to the air hostess, needless to say it was not captured. My number was given to a Dr. Joyce , I was advised by feedback@etihad to re-register and my miles would be credited. This was a lei as I was send a mail by guest@etihad that they acknowledge that I got the guest card but they issued it to the other person. I have send them a copy of the guest card and my passport, infect I send them twenty mails, they are not prepared to compensate or meet me half way. Needless to say I will not fly with this airline again, is it my mistake if they don,t capture one,s details and when there staff compare my passport with the guest card why did they not tell me the names is different on the other flights I took?
